What is AMB Billing Solutions?

 A: We are a medical billing company that specializes in insurance billing for acupuncture, mental and behavioral health practices.  

What services do you offer?​

A: We offer different services to fit your billing needs including insurance verification, claim submission, claim follow-up and appeals, account receivable, and consulting. 

What is the cost of your services?

A: We charge a small monthly fee per claim. Depending on your clearinghouse or software, you may incur an additional fee.

Do we have to sign a contract?

A: We do ask that you sign a contract along with a BAA (Business Associate Agreement) but there is no cancellation fee or penalty. If you are unsatisfied with our services and would like to discontinue, we just ask that you give us a written notice.

Who do you bill to?

A: We bill to all accepting insurance companies; only Medicare and Medicaid for behavioral health.

Am I still able to keep my administrative staff?

A: Of course! We take care of all your billing so it eases the burden off your administrative staff therefore they will be able to focus on patient care and other support tasks.  

Are you HIPPA compliant?

A: Yes, our HIPAA compliance is through HIPAA One.
